Great workout for you "Double trouble" Do 1 Pull-up, 2 seated dips, 2 crunches, 2 push-ups and 2 body squats. Run on the treadmill for 2 minute @ Incline of 4. 2. Keep increasing pull-ups by 1 and doubling everything else up to 10 pull-ups. Ass-kicker!
